When we discover something is going wrong in our lives we have two choices. We can complain and blame, or change. I have learned not to beat myself up when things go "wrong" because that creates a very low vibration and by doing that I attract more of the same thing.

Instead I ask, "How can this serve me?" In other words, if things did not turn out the way I wanted them to, I at least want to pull one good thing out of the experience. So my focus is on what I can take away from the experience that will help me next time. Then I move on.

Remember, if you think your problems are "out there" then you will continue to look "out there" for the solutions. Keep in mind that if you blame someone else for your problems then THEY have to change in order for you to have what you want and be happy. It never works.

Too many people take the victim road and end up in a ditch. When you PLAY the victim you FEED the victim and the universe sends you more opportunities to be one.

Riches flow to those who are accountable. In fact, let's take accountability to the next level. Let's talk about being accountable for EVERY single thing in our lives. That's right - I said everything - even when you are convinced it is not your "fault". You will always experience the greatest results when you become fully accountable. Only when you become accountable for EVERYTHING can you be responsible to change ANYTHING.

Are you an optimist or a pessimist? Psychologist Martin Seligman, the godfather of the positive psychology moment, conducted extensive research in optimists versus pessimists. What he found was optimism can be learned. He discovered that optimists consistently talk about what they are rather than what they are not, or what they have instead of what they don't have. Pessimists have one thing in common, they talk about why things are not the way they should be and what they don't have.

We are not born pessimists. In fact, all children are optimists until we program them differently. Stand outside any amusement park on any given weekend and talk to the families that exit. Kids come out and you ask them, "What did you think of the park?" The gush, "Oh that was so cool!" Now talk to the parents and here is what they say, "Lines are too long". "Food was overpriced". "The damn noise and crowds get on my nerves". So is the amusement park a happy place or a place from hell? The answer is - it is neither. It depends on the meaning we give to it.

How did we go from being born optimists to being pessimists?
Somewhere along the way we were trained not to be optimistic in case things don't work out. If you are too optimistic and things don't work out you will be very disappointed. But if you are pessimistic and they don't work out you will be less disappointed and of course, you will be "right".

Seligman also states that we can learn or relearn how to be optimistic. According to his research optimists outperform pessimists ten to one! Maybe it is time to reprogram our thinking and ask, "What is good about this situation?" and if we cannot find the good, ask, "What does my reaction to this say about me?" This can help you to become more of an optimist.

Nothing In Life Has Any Meaning Besides The Meaning We Give It !

Nothing in life has any meaning besides the meaning we give it.

How do we create meaning? In many cases we are programmed by our culture and the people around us. The truth is that all meaning is subjective. Some of us are taught that having designer clothes, a perfect body and having a lot of money is the true meaning of success. In other cultures having a loin cloth, a lip plate, long earlobes and living off the land is the true meaning of success.

Some of us are taught that death is sadness and others believe it is joyful because we get rid of our warn-out bodies so our spirit can move on and have more fun!

Imagine you are in the ocean and you are a poor swimmer. Behind you is a huge wave. Now what do you think? Do you think what an exciting and fun wave? No! You're scared as hell. Now imagine you are an experienced surfer and the same wave comes up behind you.
You say, "Cool. Hang ten. What a wave dude". Did the wave change?
Obviously it was just the meaning you gave to it.

If nothing in life has any meaning besides what you give to it then your experiences in life have nothing to do with what is happening in your life, but everything to do with the meaning you attach it to.

Understanding that you can choose the meaning to the events in your life gives you a tremendous power to change the quality of your experiences, the quality of your results and the quality of your life.

If you feel angry or upset ask yourself, "What does my reaction to this say about me?" In other words, what do I have to believe to experience the emotions I am experiencing right now in this situation? In short, you define your own experiences. You create your own meaning.

It Is Not What I Think !!!!

Hi,

This will be short. It is not what I think and for sure it is not what you think. It is almost 5 years already that I stop from my official "Job". What do I get ? What happened to my life ? How I am taking it? What is wrong with me ? Where I am now ?

The past 5 years experience is the most valuable memory that I am going through.It is not easy.And it come to very difficult. And it has a lot of ups and downs. And mostly down I guess. However it make me what I am today.

What do I get ?

I get to know myself much much better. I know my fear.I know my strength. I know who I am. I know my limit. And one most important thing is that I know that I don't even owned anything and I never owned a thing. This is a FACT.

What happened to my life ?

I am getting into the mystery of life and valuing life as it unfolds to me. Yup there so many challenges about how to live with No Proper Income. No proper job. No proper bank. No proper friend. Not Able to help others because Not Able to help myself. Not able to support a family. Not able to help parents. Overall I am "Useless" in the term of society.

How am I taking it ?

Do not get me wrong. I am blessed. I am blessed with other things that is NOT material in existence. I take this as it unfold the magical of life. It is always magical everyday. I am not sure that I will be able to woke up tomorrow morning. I am not sure how long I will live. I am not sure how long I can take this.Actually NO ONE have the absolute SURE what will happened next.

What is wrong with me ?

There is nothing wrong with me. Just going through the opposite path than usual. Why don't I do something - get a job, do something and change ? I am doing something. I am working on something. I am getting something. Nonetheless there NO Guarantee what is the result. I not losing HOPE. HOPE is all THERE IS.

Where I am NOW?

I am here in this world. Still comparing with others - what they have and what that I don't have. I do not own a house others have a big house with swimming pools. I do not have a proper income others have stable income more than 40K per month. I am stuck with MAJOR DEBT while other is a FREEMAN.

Do I like what I am NOW ?

Again I love what I am. I love myself more than before. I love my wife. I love my children. I love my parents. I am learning to understand the mechanism of this universe. I learned to understand how BLESSED I am to be in this phase or state.

Anyway... I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

The tendency for most people is to get into a comfort zone and build a nice little nest there. The comfort zone is made up of all the thoughts we've had and all the things we've done often enough to feel comfortable thinking or doing them. Anything that threatens to push us out of our nest makes us feel uncomfortable.

"Uncomfortable" is a catchall term that encompasses many emotions; fear, unworthiness, doubt, anger, hurt and distrust, to name a few. Since we have labeled these emotions as "bad", we don't want to feel them and so we crawl back into our nests.

It can be argued that there are really only two human emotions, fear and love and that all other emotions are variations on these two themes. Any negative emotion is a spin-off of fear. Except for rare occasions, most of the fear that we experience is over imagined circumstances or consequences. But, since fear keeps us from doing things, we never really check out the validity of the fear itself. A feedback loop of fear ? not doing ? ignorance ? then back to fear develops.

When something pushes us out of our comfort zone we feel some variation of fear. The bodily sensations that go along with fear are something that we have come to label as "bad" and we want to avoid them at all costs. Let's look at what happens when the body feels fear; adrenaline, glucose and other energy producing chemicals are released into the bloodstream. Our senses actually sharpen when non-essential fears such as, "Did I remember to TiVo Lost?", pop up and we gain an instant ability to focus on the task at hand.

When we are outside of our comfort zone, most of the time, the only thing we are in danger of is learning something new. What is helpful in learning something new? Energy, clarity and the ability to focus - all available to you via your friend, fear.

Now, am I saying that fear is the best motivator? No, but I am saying that you can change the way you look at the sensations that fear produces. Do you realize that, at a somatic level, excitement feels pretty much the same as fear? So what I'm suggesting is that the next time you get pushed out of your comfort zone and you feel the adrenaline of fear, instead of crawling swiftly back into the safety of your nest, change the way you look at it. Choose to experience the sensations of excitement and use the clarity, energy and increased focus at your disposal to say "YES" to the experience and learn something new!

Do What You Want To Do And Be Responsible !!!

What do you want to do today ? Today will not be the same as yesterday and it will never be the same as tomorrow. So what you do today is today's doing and what you do another day is that another day doing.

Make sure you do something or the default routine will take control. When default routine take control you will miss the moment that you did not do anything. Today I choose NOT to DO anything and this bother my mind.

I am in war within myself because I am not doing anything. This war is really a GREAT PAIN. This should be stop. Can I stop it? NO ...and absolutely NOT.

It happened everyday and this goes on until die.

An Email To Me About People Act "Powerless" !!!

Hi Zahiruddin!

Why do we resist doing what we can in this moment? Because we might fail. If you get right down to the core of it, you will see that people act powerless because it's far easier to blame circumstances than go ahead and do it anyway, and maybe look really stupid in the process. So we give our power away to others. It's like we're saying, "No, please, YOU take my power. This way I can blame YOU if things don't work out".

Hope attempts to prove we're powerless.

We say things like...

-I am not the one in charge here, so there is really nothing I can do.

-I believe my fate is in God's hands.

-They won't let me...(government, rich people, or anyone else who appears to have more power)

-What is the use of trying? The odds are clearly stacked against me.

These are nothing more than assumptions. Assumptions are characterized by the habit of taking for granted that something is true when it is not. Questions you must ask are, "Is my assumption true or false? What proof or evidence do I have about my assumption? "

What's more stupid than a stupid question? The answer is an incorrect assumption.

Think of this in terms of your return on investment. In business we focus heavily on the ROI (return on investment), but we forget to use that same concept throughout the rest of our lives.
When we fail to do what we want because of an assumption, we are forgetting about the concept of ROI. What would be the ROI for doing it anyway, even if someone somewhere holds the assumption that it is impossible? If all any of us ever did was follow our assumptions, we would still be afraid of falling off the edge of the earth.

Is it wrong to hope or have expectations? Absolutely not. However, the tipping point where hope turns into defeat is when hope keeps us from doing what we can do in the moment.

The only time we suffer is when we believe a thought that argues with "what is". When the mind is perfectly clear, "what is" is what we accept in this moment.

If you want your reality to be different than "what is" then you might as well try to teach your cat to bark. You can try and try and in the end the cat will look up at you and say "Meow". Wanting your reality to be different than what it is in this moment, is just as stupid. You can spend the rest of your life trying to teach your cat to bark, but you will never succeed.

And yet if you pay attention, you'll notice that you think thoughts like this dozens of times every day. People should be... My neighbors should be... My husband should... My wife should... I should...

These thoughts are ways of wanting reality to be different than it is. Here is my point - all the stress you feel in your life at this moment is caused by arguing with "what is".

People say to me, "But if I simply accept reality then I will become passive and nothing will change. I answer them with this question. Which of these statements makes more sense? "I wish I hadn't lost all that money." or "What can I do now to create more income?"

Accepting "what is" doesn't mean you condone or approve of the way things are, it just means you give up all the resistance and inner struggle by wishing it were different. No one wants to lose their money, have their children get sick or be in a car accident.

However, when these things happen it can it be helpful not to mentally argue with them. We know better than to do that, yet we do it because it is a HABITUAL PATTERN.

I am a lover of "what is", not because it is the "right" thing to do, but because it hurts when I argue with reality, and when I do, I AWLAYS lose.

Hi Zahiruddin!

Why are so many of us struggling? Because we have forgotten WHO WE ARE.

Who we are is our True and Authentic Self that is always connected and one with Source Energy. On the other hand, who we THINK we are is how we show up in life. If we are struggling we will never be who we are. Let that sink in for a moment.

Who we THINK we are comes from listening to other people rather than listening to ourselves. For a large portion of my life I believed what others told me to believe. I learned early that what other people think of me is more important that what I think of myself. At least this is what I thought.

Living in the Flow and living in abundance is about focusing on WHO YOU ARE and what you can do in this moment. It is not about who you are not, what you cannot do, and what you don't have.

WHO YOU ARE is everything. It is the ONLY thing that really matters because everything hinges on your ability to be yourself and to do that you must become intimately aware of the false beliefs you have about yourself and about the way life works.

When you live in the Flow and in Alignment with Source Energy you know you already have what you need. People who live in the Flow and in Alignment are more than just positive thinkers - they are attraction in action.

They accept life is not always easy and doesn't always follow a straight and convenient path. They let life unfold through them instead of putting their life into a box of expectations.

Your greatness is not dependent upon anything you accomplish. You don't need to prove anything to anyone - even yourself. I am here to tell you one thing - you and everyone that comes in contact with you are already great. To live your greatness, you must know WHO YOU ARE and you must do what you can do in THIS MOMENT. Your Mind learn from the past, it create FEAR of the future, it create illusion of the reality, it mumbles in your head, it control your views, it manage your eyes, ears and smells, it is all over you and IT want to become YOU.

This is a BATTLE inside and this battle will never ends until you DIE. This "MIND" works cleverly and joined with other "MIND's" and create what we called "MIND EFFECT" or "MIND SYNDROME". This "MIND's" rules the earth and the world.

All the above is my "MIND" perception and projection. Your "MIND" really can amazed you of what IT can do to you.

Do you ever asked ? why some car is right hand drive and some is left hand drive ? why there is 220v and 110v current voltage ? All this question is from your MIND and it can create million of question that will never ends.

Remember this ! There is a time that your MIND is at REST - during the sleep. That is the time that you hardly remember what you do and what people can do to you. During this time where are you? How come you have FAITH that you going to wake up tomorrow ? There is no guarantee.

I always asked myself, where to ? why I am such in hurry doing everything ? what I am missing in this life ? why I am worry about things that not happened yet ? why I have all this fears and worry ? Have I NOT TRUSTED GOD ?

Hey we cannot see GOD. GOD never help us when we have no MONEY. GOD never work 9 to 5 every day. GOD never have to send children to school. GOD never have to worry about paying bills.

See who is talking about GOD. That is my mind talking about GOD. My mind compares. My mind judge. My mind analyze. And the result my MIND make my BELIEF.

I learned - I only know what I learned
I choose - I only choose what I want
I compare - I only compare what is past
I create - I only create based on what I learned
I depend - I only depend on what I know
I make - I only make a routine for my own self image and protection
I own - I only own what I create
I afraid - I am afraid that I lost everything
I claim - I claimed who am I based what I learned

Basically - YOUR MIND create and convince you of who you are. The MIND that want to be alive. The MIND that want to be appreciate. The MIND that want it shares in you. When the MIND did not get what it want it create and project SUFFERING and try to implies that you are SUFFERING.

Wake UP ! Your MIND only know what is past and claimed only only things that had already happened. Your MIND do not know what is going to happen tomorrow. It only create and assume an image or picture what will going to happen and not sure of it. This where FEAR originate from - Your MIND. It create all the FEAR in you.Your MIND know exactly who you are because we made you think what you are NOW. Your MIND know what FEAR to create and so on.Unless you are CONSCIOUS of who you really are.

It is time to LET GO YOUR MIND. Use it when you need it only. Do NOT be a SLAVE to your MIND. Treat it like your hand and your feet. You use it when when you want to use it. Don't let your mind dictate WHO YOU ARE.

So then "Who Are You ?" - You are "YOU" when your are NOT YOUR MIND. How do you know that you are NOT YOUR MIND ? You know that WHEN ...

A Reminder Of The Power Of Changes

Hi Zahiruddin!

We talk a lot about change, but where does the power to change come from? I can tell you this; it is not from your mind. Your mind only knows what it has been conditioned to believe. In order to make permanent and lasting change you must know the source of your true power.

You must KNOW, not just believe, that you are Source Energy in a physical body and that the Source Energy part of you remains in the non-physical or vibrational realm, while the physical part of you is functioning in the physical dimension. But you cannot separate yourself EVER from the Source Energy that is you.

It is always pulsing strong within you. The Source Energy that is pulsing strong within you knows your true value and your true power. But when you forget WHO YOU ARE, it causes a problem in your vibration. The Source Energy within you loves you and others around you and when you don't, you cause discord in your vibrational energy.

The way it works is, you came forth in this physical body and in the moment you came forth you gained the perspective of your physical environment, but you also always have this larger perspective of Source Energy pulsing through you. And in the moment you were born those two perspectives began to give you vibrational feedback - the relationship between the Source Energy and the physical side of you. It began giving you feedback just like every guidance system in the world does.

So now you have these two points of vibrations. The unlimited Source Energy that you are, and who you think you are - your personality. And in the moment when you feel negative emotion it means that the Source Energy that you are has a very different point of view of whatever your object of attention is within you.

This is your indication you are out of alignment.

I should be thankful every seconds for all the blessing that God gave me. I am the one that always forgot about it. I am the one that always complaint when things did not go to my way.

Life is a miracle every day and every seconds. It is just us that do not want to see it as a miracle. We always complaint and never felt thankful for it. Living Moment By Moment Is The Secret.

It is been a while I have not update this blog. I was tight up with something else. Or I just make my own excuse of not wanting to write. Do you ever wonder what is time ? Do you know that "Past" and "Future" is related to time ? Do you know that we create our own time ? We create our own time to go to work. We create our own time to meet others. We create our own time to sleep. We create our own time to be busy. We create our own time for many things in life.

Even we define our live is with time - young, old and die. I am saying this because we a mislead by the meaning of time. We are so worry about - we do not have enough time to do things - and we forgot to love what we are doing. We do not enjoy doing our work because we just want to finish it and go home. When at home we just want everything in order - the food is ready, the house is clean, the children is in order and everything so be in place so that we can go to work again on the next day. And this happen until we die.

We have no life to enjoy. We are so obsessed with time that we create which restrict us from understanding the real meaning of life. We always hope the future is better and we believe that and we are miserable NOW. We always say that there will be tomorrow. And we always wait for that tomorrow to come. 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, 40 years and we are still waiting.

We have forgot to live life. We are in hurry. We want all to be quick and fast. We want instant result. Hey! what is wrong here ? Why we are in hurry? What to catch? Stop and pause a seconds. Sit down and look back - what happen to you ?

Life is about enjoying every moment with love and gratitude. If you are in hurry - PAUSE - relax and get your grip and enjoy the moment. The moment that you have NOW is the only moment that your are alive and kicking.

Do not wait for tomorrow to come and do not regret what is in the past. Just enjoy your moment while you can. Spent the moment with your wife. Spent the moment with your parents. Spent the moment with your children. Spent the moment with your self.

The Dark Dynamics of Debt and Fear - David Cameroon

Debt. Who isn't in it nowadays? It seems to have captured almost everybody these days. Individuals are in debt, companies are in debt, even nations are in debt. And this debt is collapsing on people, companies and countries. The question is why are we playing the debt game? Who said we have to play it? When did it start? How can you get out and ahead of it and not be swallowed by it?

In this article, we are not going to look at the cosmetic reasons behind debt, nor the cosmetic fixes to it. We are not going to look at how to cut down your business expenses, put your credit card in water and freeze it in your freezer, or do anything else cosmetic to get out of debt. These tactics have their place, and they are useful in certain situations. But right here, we will look at the root cause and root solution. Let us begin.

First of all, let us define money. Money is the energy of exchange or transfer of value. It is neither good not bad, it just is. You build wealth by building some type of value within you, and then extending this value outside of you. For example, you can learn to be a doctor, and thereby build that type of value within you. Or you can learn how to start a business that provides a service to people. You build value within you, and then you extend that outside, through trade or other means, and in exchange of that extension you are compensated with cash money. Cash money is merely an exchange of value within and between beings. See, money in itself is neither good nor bad. It is just an exchange of the underlying values between two or more participants.

So where does debt come into the scene? And why? Ok, it is time for a history lesson. I am sure you all know that before cash money was invented in it's present form, people used to trade by barter. They would exchange goods. Finally, one day, a powerful merchant family said "We have another way we can do this". I believe it was the Medici family of Florence, although the Romans and other civilizations also had their own coins. Anyway, the first paper money worked as follows. A trader would go exchange his or her goods for gold. They then take this gold to deposit it with the Medici, and the Medici write up a paper with their signature and seal, a paper that would represent the gold that was deposited with them. This solved various security and portability issues and increased trade. This paper, upon return to the Medici, would be exchanged into its gold equivalent. That is where the gold standard came from.

Now let us look at debt. Imagine that the Medici have just opened up their first bank and announced the new scheme to the traders. So one trader, let us call him Alan, goes to the Medici and deposits $100 worth of gold. The Medici makes up a paper saying that this paper was exchangeable for $100 worth of gold upon its return (less a banking fee, plus an interest, whatever). Alan takes this paper and goes home. Alan can use this paper to buy things, but let us assume he does not. Now James, another guy, wants to start a new business, a hotel. He has the land and building but needs some pots and pans. He does not have any goods to trade in exchange for pots and pans, but he hears the Medici are giving loans.

So James goes to the Medici and asks for a $100 loan. The Medici say they can do that, but James has to pledge his land and building as a security, collateral, in case of default. The Medici make up money (money that did not exist) on paper, sign and seal it, and give it to James. The condition is that on return, James has to give back $100 plus $10 interest. Now freeze right there. Imagine that James and Alan are the Medici's only two customers at the time. Which means that the economy only has two paper notes out there, one with Alan and one with James. And James has to return his plus $10. Where will James get that $10, unless Alan comes and rents a room at James' hotel for $10? The Medici did not print the extra $10! So even if James is hyper-careful with his loan, even if he does not spend it but returns it after a year intact, it is physically impossible for him to pay the $10 interest, because he cannot print the extra money and Alan does not want to spend his, yet Alan is the only one with the only other note printed! Do you see the error in this system? Even if James now has goods to trade, he cannot trade them for paper money because there is no more out there. James will have to lose his hotel to the Medici simply because of a paper shortage error. Debt, by its very nature, is designed to fail for a certain percentage of the population, no matter how much effort or care they put! And it is so simply because there is not enough money created for the interest requested. The only reason this illusion has managed to run this far is that there are millions of players. Every now and then, the debt bubble bursts, but someone somewhere comes and rescues it, again with more debt and more conditions of control. It happens to individuals, companies and countries. And it keeps rising, getting bigger and bigger.

So what? What does this mean to you? Simple. As you are about to see next, debt is a function of control and hence fear. Give me a minute and you will see why. Read on. Debt is a product of fear, and a deep seated belief in not having and not being able to have. And fear is a means of control. We all play the control game. We play it with our spouses, family, friends, competitors, customers, and so on. What happens when you feel that you are in control of another person? You feel powerful, and they feel drained. But, there is a rule that say "As above, so below". The physical is evidence of the spiritual. Fear, were you to observe it at an energy level, leads to the victimizer sucking the energy out of the victim. It is an energy game. When one is in fear, they lose energy to those who put fear into them. Isn't that the way any abusive relationship works? It does not matter whether this relationship is between people, institutions or countries.

Before we look at you further, let us consider the mortgage game that many of us play. Mortgage. What does that word mean? Where does it come from? Split it up and look at its origins. Mort, muerto, mortuary, morgue... do you see the root? Gage, engage. Engaged till death. Why would your house loan be called a name that has its word origins from the words that mean death and engagement? Why those two? Of all the millions of words, why those two? The English language was built up by deriving words primarily from Latin. And Latin came from the Romans, a nation that inherited much of its wisdom from the Greeks who in turn got a lot from the original Egyptian civilization, all of which had one common ancestor, the wise Hermes Trismegistus, the same person known as the Egyptian and Greek god Thoth, the same person known in Christian and Jewish history as the powerful Enoch, one of only three men in the Bible to end their life on earth by simply rising to the skies and disappearing. This is the same person who invented language and writing, geometry and architecture. This is the same person whose teachings ended up forming the Essene school, the same one that Pythagorus and Jesus studied under. And a core Hermetic teaching is this: As Above, So Below. And the language invented was designed to reflect this law. Above here means the spirit or energy side of things, and below is the evidence we see as physical objects.

Now let us get back to you and debt. What does debt make you feel; especially when you cannot pay it or you are worried about how to pay it or missing a payment? It makes you feel fear. Whatever is scaring you is attempting to control your thoughts and actions and is stealing your energy for its own growth. There are two ways to grow. Out of fear and out of love. The fear-based growth works, but it is destined for eventual collapse, simply because it is not real. Nothing real can be threatened, and nothing that is unreal exists but as an illusion. This is not the time to blame the issuers of debt, or anyone else for that matter. There is no judgment or guilt in the matter. Only energetic facts. The minute you start playing a blame and judgment game, you enter into a victim position, and that is no good for you.

And the fact is this: debt is a function of fear and self-worth issues. You will find that people with more love of their own self, and high self-esteem, are very wealthy and prosperous, especially on the long-term, and if they choose to be. Prosperity is a natural result of love and self-worth. Look at the rich. Even if they have debt, their asset column is longer than their debt column. They only use debt as a tool. And they always have more assets than debt. And what is their demeanor like? Confident, stable, of high self-worth and self-esteem, and their love column is often longer than their fear column. They may have fears, of course, but their fears do not outweigh their love and passion for who they are, what they do, the world they live in.

Now consider people with debt problems, or countries with debt problems. What is the personality of such people? Chaos, fear, never having enough, support issues, and so on. These do not arise because of debt. The debt arises because of these mental states. That is not a bad thing. Remember, we are not judging anything here. We are merely observing energetic facts. There is no need of tying a thought and an emotion to that fact. Now, the debt merely represents them losing their life energy to an external entity. But they only lose it because they accept to do so. Only they can say "I accept". And only they can say "OK, I have had it with this crap, I put my foot down, and I am now seeing myself differently."

The debt rope is always being thrown at us all the time. You don't have to grab it. The world has built a very large global fear-ego, and this fear-ego is expressing itself in various physical means to maintain itself. Our world is now a world of contracts that try to commit you into debt (we now even have phone contracts that penalize you for not using the service for a certain amount of time!); credit cards that do the same; jobs that scare you towards that end. But none of these are to blame. Only you can accept them. And they can only work on you when you accept them. These big bad monsters are rubber ducks, because they depend on your agreement with them for their own functioning. Take responsibility, and you will find then, and only then, that you have response ability. And avoid these debt traps. You must unplug yourself from the group consciousness of the Fear Ones, and join the Love Ones. It may be scary as you make the switch, for there is a gap to cross. Things may fall off to make space for new ones of the new way. But once you cross it you will wonder how you ever had agreed to live any other way.

There is nothing wrong with debt, when used as a tool. But when it arises, as it mostly does, from fear and negative self-worth beliefs, then it is a control game being played, a painful one at that. A game we created and continue to create.

Arises out of fear and belief in inadequacy. Arise out of issues with negative self-worth. Recognize that there is a game being played. An energetic game with simple rules. As above, so below. GOD: It Is All There Is !!!

Good day and thank to you everyone. It is 2010 already and I think this is my first post on this blog. My journey and my quest of life is still in progress. So many things that I experienced and felt through this few years. Many challenges, many difficulties, many setbacks and many hurdles.

I always wonders when will I be OUT of THIS MESS. I am very very sorry GOD. Please forgive me GOD. I always forgot and always look THINGS - ONE SIDED ONLY. I never realized that this what - I CALL A MESS is a GREAT BLESSING for me. What a FOOL I am.

Thank you God for your guidance. Thank you God for everything. You know what is best for me than my ego self. I learn many GREAT things ... - why should I worry when I have YOU (GOD) ? Why should I fear when YOU are there to help? why should I afraid when YOU are my creator?

Thank you everyone. It has been a while I do not write in this blog. I am so tight up with my daily task and things that lead me to "NO WHERE". I am bluffing when I said that. Everything you do. No matter what. It will lead you "SOME WHERE".

Every action and reaction have it cause. And everything work not by "ACCIDENT". All is well planned by the GREATEST PLANNER of all time. Enjoy the moment that you are going through. Be present with the moment. Observe and see without judgement. Make the best out of it.

You are moving from one time to another time in every second. What count is the the time that you are AT NOW. The past is PAST. And the future is the FUTURE. Don't live your NOW with the memory of the PAST. And don't live your NOW with the image of the FUTURE. Live your NOW with the present.

Problem is a state of mind that linger around your EGO. It feeds your EGO with resentment, worry, fear, negativity in order to create your IDENTITY. Are you judge by your PAST experience ? Who are you ? Are you your EGO self?

I am an engineer. I am a doctor. I am a salesman. I have a huge house. I have coll cars. I have great job and so on. Is that who you are ?

The journey of life is about IDENTIFYING who you are? Are you "YOU" or are you your "EGO"?. And this battle of power goes on every seconds in our life.

What keeps most people stuck? It is the underlying assumption that we don't have what we need. It is the idea that we're missing something. We need more of everything - you name it, we need it: more time, money, energy, information, certainty, resources. Without these, we tell ourselves, we can't do what we want to do.

This perception that there is something missing or we don't have what we need to create what we want is the biggest source of unhappiness and dissatisfaction in the world today. We have fallen in love with the idea of becoming more than we are, and that very belief keeps us stuck were we are. We are on an endless search for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, all the while not realizing that we are standing on the pot of gold.

Many people travel their entire lives on this journey, believing they will find true happiness when they finally get somewhere when, in fact, they are lost right where they are.

The reason people find themselves getting stuck is because they don't think who they are is enough - enough to get that promotion, enough to close that next big account, enough to be financially independent. This causes us to resist the way things are for the way we want them to be in the future.

Before you can create your future, you have to accept the way you are right now. You have everything you need right now.

Here is an analogy:

People living in scarcity and struggle see the cup as half empty.
People who are positive thinkers see the cup as half full.
People who understand their true connection to Source Energy see the cup as overflowing. But people who are living in the Flow and in Alignment know they ARE the cup.

I learned that "What is in OUR Mind will appear in our LIVE no Matter How". This the Law Of Attraction is ALL About. For several days I am practicing a method that I learned to overcome negative thoughts and use the negative thoughts to become positive thoughts. Somehow it works absolutely.

It is been a while for me to write in this blog. Many things had happened to me for the past few months. So many things actually. All happened for the better of my own self.

All is about me and how I look on the world. What FILTER that I used to view the world. Am I USING a GREEN filter? If I used a green filter I will see all green even they give me a WHITE paper. This is what I am facing in my life. I am having too many filters inside myself. Whether I purposely installed it or get it unconciously. This is what happened. So many INVADER in the MIND and taking over our CONTROL.

How to move on in my LIFE the BEST way? Or do you really KNOW what is BEST for YOU? Actually NOBODY KNOW. Only GOD know what is BEST for you. So HOW to MOVE on THEN?

One thing is certain, *SOMETHING* WILL GROW IN YOUR GARDEN!

Just as a gardener must tend his or her garden, keeping out the weeds, you must tend the garden of your mind, weeding out the thoughts of lack, limitation and negativity.

If you practice gardening of this kind, you will soon discover that you are the gardener of your soul. You will come to the profound revelation that you are not the victim of your circumstances--but the creator of them.

The reason is simple: Whatever you give your attention to and focus on shapes your character, creates your circumstances, and determines your ultimate destiny.

Please read that again

What you experience in your life is directly connected to your inner state of mind. The most important thing you can learn about success, prosperity and happiness is that cause (thought) and effect (results or experiences) are one.

But face this important fact - You don't simply end up in jail or the hospital, bankrupt, or alone no more than you simply wake up rich, successful, happy, and healthy. All these CIRCUMSTANCES are the RESULT of thousands of little decisions, which are reached as a result of the thoughts you give your attention to.

Now, if you are like most people, this is the part where you start to mentally make excuses and argue with me.

Now here's the thing . . .

You are surrounded by a data-sphere of information that promotes negativity, fear, anxiety, limitation, and lack. It pummels your senses from all directions. It comes from your TV, radio, the Internet, your friends, family, church and the people you work with.

Most people are so saturated by negative programming that they can't even conceive a life of anything but struggle and complaint.

What you read, what you listen to, and the people you talk with have a huge effect on the person you are and the thoughts you have. It not only comes from the media and other individuals but from the government.

The doom, gloom and negativity that is perpetuated by the government is designed to appeal to the programmed fear of the masses in order to get re-elected. We elect and re-elect these people to *save and protect us* from the pending doom and gloom.

If that wasn't enough, consider that the microcosm of our mass culture can be found in entertainment and even sports personalities. Most of these people are insecure, self-centered and only interested in their own 15 minutes of fame.

However, they are not the problem. We are, because we are willing to spend countless hours and pay billions of dollars to watch them, mimic their lifestyles and even their manner of dress.

You must recognize that this data-sphere is continually programming you 24/7, and that almost 95% of it is fear, lack and limitation programming.

So what do you do?

If you want to reach the highest levels of success, you have to zealously guard the input you allow to come into your life. You must control your own programming, and reject the poisonous stuff most people are trying to feed you.

In order to focus on success, it is imperative that you spend more time on your own personal growth. Each morning and each evening before you go to bed, spend time on focusing on something positive.

Remember: You are the foundation from which all your dreams are made reality. This is the only way you can guarantee your success, wealth and happiness...

The Lives Of Its Own

It is about a month plus, I did not update my blog. I was busy with a lot of things that I also not sure of. That is the truth. I am finding the TRUTH about of myself and it seem the journey felt very long. Who AM I? Where I AM From? What is My TRUE Purpose?

Everyday is a new day for me. Even every seconds is a new things for me.I am dynamicly changing every seconds. Is this LIVE? You bet it is. Live is a Wonderful Mystery that you will be delighted when you uncovered its mysteries.

Till today I Ithought I know my SELF. Again, I just know a bit of it only. Thank you GOD for everything that gave me to feel and experience. Thank you. I love you.

Talking about LIVE is complexed. It contains mixed EMOTION. And every each of it is REAL and it is always in CONSTANT CHANGES.

It is about time to search the TRUTH about oneself. That is the only thing left for us to move on to the unknown future. Bare in mind that you are not what you are today. You are always in constant changes. Capitalism is collapsing all over the word and the new economy will emerge.

This new economy is based on the TRUE SELF. No discrimination or such to it. At this time every CAUSE will have an EFFECT and every EFFECT will have it CAUSE. You do GOOD you get GOOD. You do BAD you get BAD. It is almost instantly now.

We need to fix our COMPASS and set out our TRUE NORTH not based on what we used to believed. Know who you really ARE? Physically and Spiritually. Always put up your GOOD intentions first no matter what. That is your best bet because for every CAUSE there will be an EFFECT.

Don't regret and feel sorry. You exercise your POWER to CHOOSE. If you feel bad, you CHOOSE to FEEL GOOD. You are the chief in command for your own self. Make sure you CHOOSE wisely. I will not blame you if just take the default mode. But you know what is better to exercise your CHOOSING power.

Why I say in the title The Lives Of Its Own? Now I start to realize that everything have its own live - live span or whatever. And everything is interdependant and totally non-dependent at the same time. What I discover is what I see, feel, believe and everthing IS what I set for myself to believe.

When I let my all my clock in my house to have its own life - all the clock in my house behave at its own time even I change a new batteries for them. Now I am letting all my belongings and things to have its own life and see what happen.

Mind Works: Happy, Resistant And Problem!!!

It is September 2008 already. How is the government in yourself? As for me I am building a new government. The protocol, the way I work, the way I manage my self and the way I perceived things need to undergo major changes. I hope you the same.

Our mind or inner self is the major contributor to our outer world or our current self. What we are experiencing and living is the result of what we invite to our life either consciously or subconsciously. That is why it is very important that we know the process or CREATION precisely. We are responsible for ourselves. It is not the economy, it is not the government, it is not your best friend, it is not your parent and it is not everything. All is about you and you invite all this things. GOD granted every single of your wish.

There 3 things that you need to know:

1) Happy
2) Resistant
3) Problem

This 3 things will be the guide why you are what you are right NOW.

Happy ? You need to know this:

All humans have an innate desire to reach their potential. The problem is that this desire to grow and develop makes us unhappy with the way things are.We have three main beliefs about life that prevent us from being happy and satisfied:

The first belief is:
What I don't have is better than what I do have. This is a variation of the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.

The second belief is:
Having more is better; no matter how much I have, more of it would be better.

The third belief is:
When I get what I want, I will be happy. Is this really true?

This 3 belief is the major stumble block in our live and this 3 alone will make sure you are not happy.

Resistant ? What about it ?

The important point is this: The more you struggle against something that you do NOT want, the more you attract it to yourself because you set up RESISTANCE to what you want. It can be summed up in this statement - Whatever you resist will continue to persist.

We have been programmed with the mistaken belief that we can get what we want by resisting or defeating what we don’t want. However, that defies the Law of Attraction. Here is what you must know. That which you defend against will become your experience, that which you fear or worry about will become your experience and that which you prepare against will become your experience.

What we fail to understand is that the defense against sickness is the cause of it. The defense against poverty is the cause of it. The defense against evil is the cause of it.The defense of being hurt in a relationship is the cause of not having the relationship we desire.

When you understand precisely how everything comes to you, you are also free forever from worry and fear about what others may do to you. You no longer have to worry about the economic conditions, the government, your parents, and all the influences that you fear.

The only reason you worry and feel threatened is because you have accepted the belief that if someone else does something that is not in harmony with what you desire it will somehow affect your life. But it cannot come into your life if you do not invite it through the energy of your thoughts, fears and worry.

And the final one is PROBLEM ? this one alone is a killer ...

The majority of our thoughts and activities in life are centered on solving problems. As we've learned, whatever you think about becomes your reality. And so, what do you think about most of the time? It is usually problems. Indeed, the first thing that many of us think about when we get out of bed in the morning are all the problems that we have to solve and how hard we have to work.

We have been trained to think about what isn't, what should be and what we don't have, and then how we might remedy a situation, solve it or make it better. And so when you first awake, you focus automatically on all the problems that you must face that day.

I hope with this 3 knowledge we can understand our live much more better and clearer. We need to have a direction to go. No just complaining about what we have.

When time for me to give reasons, I am the one that have all the reasons in the world. I do not know how my LOGICAL MIND have all that reasons.It seem I am able to create the best reason in the world that time.

Why I create reason? I create it - TO JUST FEEL COMFORT OF MYSELF? Am I growing by doing this? NO. In order for myself to grow to a better or higher awareness, I need to be UN"comfort" to experience the UNKNOWN. This act is call "DYNAMICALLY CHANGE TO A BETTER FUTURE or TO A BETTER YOU".

Creating reason is just a mechanism to delay all the good things in life. The more reason you create for yourself, the more good things in your life you avoid. That is why "Waiting is a Trap".

The only way we can truly heal the world is to heal ourselves first. This is not a new message, but I think we need to remind ourselves of who we are and what we are capable of. We need to take responsibility for everything that has happened to us. Through the law of attraction, we attract either consciously or unconsciously everything that happens to us. Whatever anyone has done to us, we have participated in it, and are at some level, responsible. In essence, there are novictims, only volunteers. This is a hard pill to swallow, but unless we accept it we cannot change things for the better.

We have become a culture of blamers. Yet, if you wrist watch shows the wrong time, what would you do about it? Would you ask your neighbor to set their watch according to yours, or would you correct your watch? Unfortunately, we do not make similar corrections when our lives are not working. Instead, we insist that reality should conform to our illusion.

The Time Of Your Life!

It was been a while I update my blog. I was tied up with my new job and my other activities offline. I always create reason that I had "NO TIME". I have no time to visit my parents, I have no time to spend with my kids, I have no time to spend with my wife, I have no time to chat with my close friends and partners. I also blame "Work" takes up much of my time. Anyway all of that are just reasons I created so that I feel good about myself. How selffish I am?

What really happened is that I am not sure of what I want. When I am not sure, it is hard for me to put my priority and take which action first. For example when your friend tell you to pick up your RM1,000,000 before 1:00 pm, I bet that you will stop with what you are doing and get that money no matter what.

What I mean, we always create time based on our priority and our importance. Hence, if we do not set our priority then there will be always no time for us. Mom and dad please forgive me, I am sorry, I love you and thank you. Wife and kids please forgive me, I am sorry, I love you and thank you. Partners and friends please forgive me, I am sorry, I love you and thank you.

There you have it! The secret of finding time to do the things you want is to really want to do them, not wishing to do them. We all wish we could do more, but we actually don’t want to, so we just keep on wasting time and wishing for more of it.

When we do make a decision to master time, the first step is not tackling the nearest calendar and budgeting our time. This is the last step. The first step is to clarify why we want to do something rather than why we ought to do it. This is done by developing a real philosophical understanding of the importance, as well as unimportance, of time in our lives. Once we have the motivation to take command, the mechanics of achievement will follow.

It is been a while I have not updated my blog. I was so tight up with so many things. I am learning to untanggle myself for all sort of things and surely this take time. My brother in law death really hit me in the face. There are something much bigger than life that I need to face. There is something REAL and FOREVER that I need to work on. There something that I CAN NOT avoid at all - DEATH.

DEATH is FOREVER. The UNSEEN is REAL. The UNKNOWN is REAL.I can not ESCAPE from this TRUTH. And this really give me COURAGE to move on in mylife. Fear, Mind And Your Life: How True Is It? A Magical Mystery!

Today I would like to share my view and my perspective about an emotion called "FEAR". What is FEAR ? Fear is the feeling of afraid of something bad is going to happen to you in the future. For example if you don't have a university degree. You are afraid that you will not get a good job. When you don't get a good job you don't get a good income. When you don't get a good income. Your life will be miserable and on and on. That's I called "FEAR". To me this is very "REAL" and each of us is experiencing it everyday in a different way, different situation or a different kind.

Do you notice that this thing called "FEAR" only bother you about your future. It is like a thing in your mind that telling you about your "FUTURE". It is like an internal suggestion of what will happen in the future regarding your life. And the best thing is, this FUTURE, it can be TRUE or it can be FALSE because it is just some sort of assumption or prediction based on what your MIND had learned and experienced.

Your MIND is a POWERFUL tools. It's job is to protect you from failing, hurts or malfunction. It is your whole BODY guard. It keep you where you are - "THE COMFORT ZONE". Getting out of it is OUT of BOUND. Your mind is very protective and it only learned about the past and DO NOT KNOW about a thing about the FUTURE.

Understanding that fact, how can we believe about the FEAR that our mind telling us? We know that our mind cannot tell about the future? So why we are afraid then? Why we are so fear that you life will go into drain in the future if we don't do something today.

One important thing about FEAR that I learned in the Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar is you need to "FACE IT HEAD ON". When you do this then only you know what is your future and how your mind play its TRICKS onto you. In the seminar, each participant need to break an arrow that is put into their throat soft spot. What it mean you need to break the arrow using your throat by walking into the arrow. You cannot use your hand and so on. You just use your throat and move toward the arrow. It is like the Kungfu movie breaking the sharp spear with their throat.

This is a real "FEAR". Every participant need to sign a Disclaimer form and an agreement form that stated that this is an act of will not by force. Many of the participant are very afraid and terrified and this create the increasing "FEAR" atmosphere. Yup as for me, I am afraid too. Anything can go wrong. This is just like to take a knife by yourself and stab into your tummy and tell others it is OK.

Surprisingly every single participant out of 4,800 people, manage to break the arrow using their soft throat. And what do you think they have achieved with this little exercise facing the FEAR. Do you think that they can break the arrow again without FEAR. Absolutely yes, because their MIND had learned that it is ok to break the arrow using the throat.

When you FACED HEAD ON your FEAR you will find wonders all around. And when you do not want to face it. You will be in FEAR for the rest of your life and can not move on.

Wow. I think it has been a month I have not update my blog. So many things happening in my life journey.

14th till 22nd May 2008 - I am busy with Tivoli project.
23rd till 24th May 2008 - I was attending Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar.
1st till 6th June 2008 - I was in Terengganu at my brother house.

I thank God for all the above and I really learned much about my self based on the above event.

Ok enough with what I have learned. My goal is to create more passive income for myself and create a habit out of it. Do I have a choice? Doesn't matter. What matter I am creating passive income for myself anyway.

To do that I have learned a very powerful "Habit Exercise" called "6 Power Money Jars" from T. Harv Eker itself. It look simple but very very powerful. T.Harv said it is not the amount of money that you put in but it is the habit of you manage the money that count. If you can show to the Universe that you can manage your Money well. There is no reason that the Universe give you more and more money to manage.

The 6 Power Money Jar:

Financial Freedom Account (FFA) - 10% from your income - for you to invest and build or buy passive business

Long Term Saving To Spend (LTSS) - 10% from your income - for long term saving for you to spend - etc tv, sports car and so on.

Education (EDU) - 10% from your income - for your own education not for your family. You need to GROW.

Necessity (NEC) - 55% from your income -for you and your family necessity. Here you need to earn more money or life simple.

Play (PLAY) - 10% from your income - spend this jar every month doing what you like.

Give (GIVE) - 5% from your income - give to others

What you do is buy a candy jar and label it and start a habit of dividing the money into this jar when you get any income. You can also having 6 bank account to do this.

Important rule to follow:

You must put money into FFA Jar every day doesn't matter the amount.

The Unseen Create The Seen!

How do you tell that the "Unseen" can do or create the "Seen"? This question always pop up in my head for the past few weeks. How great is the "Unseen"? If the "Unseen" cannot be seen how can it contribute the "Seen".

I learned from T. Harv Eker that our physical is the "Print Out" of the mental, emotional and spiritual of our self. (Mental, Emotional and Spiritual - The Unseen). What it means that the current physical life that I experience and living is the result of my own state of mental, emotional and spiritual level. I created my own life internally (unseen) and not the otherwise.

If I want to make changes on my physical - financial, health and happiness, I need to change my mental, emotional and spiritual state not just fix my physical state. It is like you make a correction on your computer print out and when you print it out again you still need to make the correction again. This is the basic of making changes to our self. I thought of working hard, struggle through my life and rely on my physical intelligent I can make my life better. I was DAMN wrong. But this DAMN wrong leads me to discover the "SELF POTENTIAL" and "WHO AM I".

I am a logical minded kind of a person. Always rely on my so called "Intelligent Mind" that I actually did not need it all the time. Now I know that my mind is just like my hand and feet. It is just another tool for my body and it is NOT ME. I will used it when I want to used it. I do not want this "Mind" to be so busy body dictating my life. I am greater the my hand, my feet and my mind.

Just to remind you that this "MIND" is so powerful that always create FEAR and WORRY on the things that never happen yet. For example - If I don't get a job I will lose everything. If I don't have any money how can I pay my bill. If I don't settle my debt I will get blacklist by the bank. You need to tame your MIND and gain control back.

You are a being of energy by design (unseen) and this cluster of energy create the physical you and made you what you are right now. If you are not rich right now it is because you create it internally. How ever hard you work to get rich you never be rich because you had not fix the internal you. Is just like the computer print out. That is why you see some people is always in the loop because their "blue print" never change at all. The result will be the same until you change the blue print.

When you learn to manage the "UNSEEN" you will be able to see the result in the SEEN. I would like to share some "UNSEEN" to me last time. But now I can clearly "SEEN" it every time.

Before: I just see this logo normally.

After: I see an "Arrow" moving forward. No wonder FEDEX is very aggressive in their business.

First, it's important to know when people see how I live and conduct my business, they often say that, “It’s easy for you, you earn a lot of money, you’re famous, you’ve got a huge demand for your books, training programs, etc.” But they miss the point. I purposely designed my life this way when I had no money.

This was my dream. This was my intention.

Focus on Having Personal Freedom

Living this way is the basis of what I teach in my books, audio programs, seminars and personal counseling. What you get in life is determined by what you focus on and the actions you take.
In other words, you get the outcome of personal freedom by focusing on it and practicing it. It is both the cause and the effect or the outcome.

I choose freedom to do what I like, when I like, where I like, with whom I like in both my personal life and in my business.

For example, I do not carry a mobile phone with me unless I am traveling. When I am at home, which is ninety percent of the time, I don’t carry one with me. My reasoning is that I am just not that important that I must annoy everyone who comes into contact with me by constantly and incessantly talking on the phone.

If you feel you have to carry a mobile phone with you everywhere and answer every call, you are not free - you are a prisoner.

Create Your Life By Design

In addition to not carrying a mobile phone with me, I do not take any unscheduled phone calls. Even my personal coaching clients who pay me tens of thousands of dollars must make advance appointments to talk with me on the phone - and those calls are kept to a minimum because I prefer getting emails.

As a result, today, I work only with people I enjoy working with.No exceptions. If I have a troublesome client, I fire them!

My Freedom Makes Me Truly Rich

I live pretty much as I choose. If I want to take a day off to go out to the races, watch the horses run and have a bet, I do. If I want to travel anywhere, I do. If I want to be with someone, dine anywhere or go when I want, whenever I want, I do.

My peace of mind and my freedom to live my life on my terms is why I am truly rich. Yet, I want to quickly emphasize, this has nothing to do with the amount of money I earn. This just helps to support my lifestyle of freedom.

But here is the point: I created this at a time when I could not afford it. I didn’t wait until I had to money to do it. It was my core desire. I believe anyone can live this way of they choose. People tell me that because of their circumstances it is not possible for them to do this. I tell them “horse pucky.” You can do anything you want if you set your intention and follow through.

This is true wealth. You can have it your way regardless of what you do for a living, regardless of the business you're in, where you live, your current income, wealth or lack thereof, regardless of any variable you can possibly name. One of the secrets to wealth is to THINK BIG! The fact is that very few people "think" big and even fewer "play" big. So why don't people want to "play big"? Usually, it's because they believe they can't handle "big" or they don't want to handle it. Why? Because "big" often equals big responsibilities, big hassles and big problems.

One of the biggest differences between rich people and poor people is that highly successful people are bigger than their problems while unsuccessful people are smaller than their problems.
Unsuccessful people are constantly trying to avoid problems. They back away from challenges.

The irony is that in their quest to make sure they don't have problems, they have the biggest problem of all... they're broke or close to it. The secret to success is not to try and shrink your problems; it's to grow yourself so you're bigger than any problem.

Imagine a "level 2" person is looking at a "level 5" problem. Does this problem appear to be big or small? The answer is that from a "level 2" perspective, a "level 5" problem would seem BIG.

Now imagine a "level 8" person looking at this same "level 5" problem. From this person's perspective, is this problem big or small? Magically, the identical problem is now a SMALL problem.

It is quite a while again, I updated this blog. For the past one week I was not well. I caught a fever and bad throat. Today I am recovering and gained my energy back. I think that the relationship between money and happiness is one of the most interesting, most complicated, and most sensitive questions in the study of happiness.

Studies show, unsurprisingly, that money’s impact on happiness is greatest when you have the least amount of money.

But if you’re one of the lucky people who has enough money to cover the basics – food, shelter, even a car -- does that mean that money can’t make a difference to your happiness?

Some happiness experts argue yes, but I think that’s…ridiculous.

The secret to using money to buy happiness is to spend money in ways that support your happiness goals.

Imagine that you have a certain amount of extra cash. How should you spend it?

One option: a fancy new TV set. Enticing. The fact is, however, that the new TV won’t give you much happiness bang for your buck. The “hedonic treadmill” describes our tendency to adapt quickly to changed circumstances -- which means you’ll get a big kick out of the TV for a short while, but you’ll soon take it for granted.

The hedonic treadmill means that buying STUFF isn’t very satisfying, but there are ways to spend money that are likely to help give you enduring happiness. Spend money to…

1. Strengthen bonds with family and friends. Studies show that having close relationships is one of the most important elements of a happy life. Pay for a plane ticket to visit your brother’s new baby, go to your college reunion, throw a Superbowl party.

2. End marital conflict. If you’re constantly arguing about the unkempt lawn, or the moldering laundry, see if you can throw some money at the problem. Can you hire the teenager down the street to clean out the garage?

3. Upgrade your exercise. Studies show that one of the quickest and surest ways to boost your mood is to exercise. If spending money on a new iPod, a more convenient gym, or a new pair of yoga pants will make it easier to get yourself off the couch, that's a good happiness investment.

4. Think about fun. Ask yourself – and be honest – what’s fun for you? Fishing, bird-watching, travel, hunting through flea markets, experimenting in the kitchen, skiing, scrapbooking? Make sure that your calendar reflects some activities that you are doing just for FUN. For happiness, you’re better off using your money to have a great experience than to gain a possession.

6. Pay more for healthy food. It’s a sad fact that fruits, vegetables, and healthy food are more expensive than fast food, but eating healthfully will pay off in the long run, in terms of your good health and energy.

7. Spend the money on someone else. One of the best ways to make yourself happy is to make someone else happy. Think about ways you could spend the money that would make a big difference to someone else -- whether someone you know, or a cause you support. How many new books could the library's children's room add to the shelves?

8. Think about YOUR priorities. Two years ago, some friends decided to skip an anniversary trip so they could use the money to buy a super-expensive Dux bed. I thought this was a bad idea, because the “hedonic treadmill” would mean that they’d quickly get used to the new bed. Oh, no. They still rave about their Dux bed.

So maybe that fancy new TV set would mean a lot to you, although I, for one, would hardly notice the difference. As always, the key to any happiness question is to know yourself, and what makes YOU happy.

Experience Letting Go And Move On!

I just finished reading a book called "Letting Go My Banana" by Dr Daniel T. Drubin. I think this is a great book about letting go all your bad or negative emotion, people, image, things, habit, believe, friends, thinking and etc. In the book all this things calledd "rotten bananas".

How can you move forward if you have rotten bananas that you carry all day long and all the time? This rotten banana smell horibble and make your other good bananas smell horibble too. For sure people would not buy or take consideration of this rotten banana despite how you good you package it. It does smell bad. It is the same with us, if we have rotten habit or anything that is negative in ourselves no matter how we try to hide the truth, it will sure come out and others can sense it. We need to remove all our own rotten banana in order to move on and create our greater self.

It is not easy to let go this rotten banana. For example if you have a friend that you know more than 12 years and you have been long with him in business and so and you also know that your friend is the kind that always provide a "Negative" input, how to get rid of him? Iknow it is very hard - 12 years friendship and all up and down or down only. Am I selfish if I am success without him after all those years.

How about my habit of getting "COMFORT" on all things and my habit of creating "REASON" ? How to get rid of it? This is about changing all you have now in order to create your brand new you that attract success and prosperity.

The past is already written for you but you have a future to write. If you do NOT choose to write your future, it will be "AUTO" written for you and you CANNOT blame what has been written for you because you choose not to write yourself.

From now make a habit of choosing your own future and write it, and at the same time remove all your rotten banana. As for myself, I am doing it NOW and continue doing it.

One of my favourite question: Will I do what I do NOW if I know I am going to DIE in 4 hours time? If you answer yes all the time so that is thing that you need to do no matter what.

The Famous 5 Step Approach To Get What You Want In Life!

It is been quite a while I have not updated my blog. Anyway I thank you and every one of you that visited my blog. Thank you, please forgive me, I am sorry and I love you. That is the words that I learned from Dr Joe Vitale. I even have his voice in MP3 repeating the same phrase again and again with the subliminal programming track at the back.

Ok, what I am going to share with you today is the key ingredient to get what you want in life. Be it a big house, a dream car, great business and many more this 5 step really help.

Be 100 percent crystal clear about exactly what you want. There is no substitute for an internal fire and burning desire. (This is the MAJOR key). When you are clear with what you want then you can focused on the thing you want and everything in the universe will deliver what you want.
Focus all your mental energy on "what you want". Remember, you do not necessarily need to understand how you are going to get it, just know what you want. The "how" will take care of itself.
See yourself as already having whatever you desire. The mind thinks in picture, and more you can see yourself already having received what you want, the closer you are to having it.
Take the assumptive approach. My belief is that "the things I want the most, want me the most." . Universal law of attraction.
Adopt the true personal power : "The ability to translate intentions into reality."

In order for me to apply the above 5 Step Approch, I bought myself a notebook (the paper one that you can get at the general store). Every morning I will write a least 10 item under the question - "What I am achieving today?" .

Then at night before sleep I checked my notebook and see what have I accomplish today and mirically I achieved everything. I did this several days and I get the same result. Then I just made a simple test - I do not want to write it down - I just want to remember in my mind what I am going to achieve that day. The result I do not achieved anything.

The secret is you need to write in down even though you have a photo-graphic memory or some sort of human genius memory to remember. Jot it down and that is key to turning intentions into reality.

Yesterday is a great "pivot point" day - It is Friday 8 February 2008, it is 1st Safar of 1429 and the best thing is holiday - 2nd day of Chinese new year.

Yesterday I had the chance to complete and digest Paul McKenna book called "I Can Make You Rich". The book come with Hypnosis CD that able to program your subconciuos mind to be RICH.

It is a great book to read and it is very practical. It guide you with step by step mindset setting, law of attraction, visualization and simple business plan to follow. Yesterday it is holiday - a long holiday actually. So my daughter and sons begging me to take them somewhere. So after the friday prayer I took my family to Berjaya Time Square and Pavilion KL.

Thank You GOD For Showing Me The Way!

First of all I would like to thank GOD for all the wealth and abundance that I had received and still continue receiving it daily. I love YOU and please forgive me.

One thing that I learned is, we always get what we asked for no matter what. (Are you you are ready with what you asked for?) And usually when we get the thing we wanted we always forgot and not grateful of what we had asked. That is what happened to me. I asked to be close with GOD and know myself better and indeed GOD give me that.

And you know what? I almost cannot take it because it is not that easy. GOD took all my material things and leave me behind with my heart just belongs to HIM. And for me I had no choice to go but only to GOD. Everyday I asked for GOD help no matter how. Every seconds I asked for HIS forgiveness and HIS strength to move on.

One things that I find very MIRACLE is I am always happy and have the strength to move on. And my believe to GOD is increasing every moment. I am OK without money in my pocket. I still can laugh and be happy even I need to go to COURT next month. I am still positive and work out some way to improve my financial state. I am very happy to meet a lot of people. Another things is I always get what I want accordingly to GOD time and GOD way. I feel BLESSED every seconds.

The Year Of "The Fruit" And Commit To Your Wealth

Year 2008 is the year of the "FRUIT". That is what my best friend Rohaizad mentioned in his email to me. ( I will put his whole email below for us to share the wisdom). In the year 2007, my focus is to come up with agriculture magazine and indeed it come up on November 2007 - YourLivestock.com . (The first issue). I am very happy and felt this is it, that time. I had put a lot of time on it and spend most of time on doing the official administration - meet people up and down, interview, expo, website and marketing.

That time I am hoping this magazine to be a successful one and indeed it was a great one. In less than 2 months it attracted the crowd. We got subscriber all around. YourLivestock.com website get around 300 unique visitor per day and all is doing great.

In the last week of December 2007, I had to make a decision to leave the company and start working on a new venture. It was hard for me because I am already part of it and I was there building it up. Here is the letter - THE FRUIT

Dear Allah,

First of all, I am grateful that YOU allowed another day for me to live. Each day that passed bring me closer to witness and experience the realization of the PURPOSE of my existence. The purpose that I was destined to do….

I entered the year 2008 with FEAR at the back of my mind. Maybe this is due to my dream…maybe this is due to the information that I am entering, Phase II of my life some called it. Life is going to get tougher and tougher on me. Or maybe not, maybe it is tougher as I am projecting it to be. ALLAH, please help me CLEANSE this memory.

YOU know what, enough of that! I would like to remember 2008 as one of the many best years of my life. This is the year that I started to experience “THE FRUIT”. All that I have manifested was laid before me to experience on the physical plane. That includes mylivefarm.com, i-care and Onenet. All the businesses that I have thought about come about. I also got to experience my new Honda Stream. Not to mention my wife’s Honda Civic. We renovated the house and turned it into “HEAVEN”.

My life is filled with JOY and HAPPINESS. Every single day that passed strengthen my belief that I am here for a purpose. I now understand that those who lived their life with purpose are those who are able to tap into the UNLIMITED boundaries of LIFE. Not a single moment that I lived where I filled GRATITUDE. I am grateful for what LIFE has to offer. I am bigger than what I think I am.

I wanted to point out the fact mylivefarm.com in particular that it goes well as planned. I was managing the farm resort with Udin with joy and gratitude as the driver. Our funding arrived as EXPECTED. I now know how to expect miracles. WOW! I now grabbed the notion of being HOLISTIC…is being WHOLENESS. I feel the completeness inside me. I now know that there is NO out there. Everything is inside of me. . I now understand that there is NO such thing as pursuit of happiness as the happiness is inside of us waiting for us to summon them. No need to play catch up…..

Most of us are actually suffering from “DESTINATION ADDICTION”. It is a term that I learnt last night from Dr Holden in the Oprah Winfrey show. Dr Holden described that destination addiction is “living in the not now”. "It's always about tomorrow, so you're chasing 'more,' 'next' and 'there,'" he says. "You promise yourself that when you get there, you'll be happy. And I promise you, you won't, because you'll always set another destination to go for." ALLAH, please help me cleanse this memory.

It Is Year 2008 Already! A Lot More Fun Is Coming!

Hi, I think 2007 move very fast or I am too slow in getting things done. Either way I love the way I am right now. The past one year, I am going through a very rough and tough life path and it is still continuing this year too.

One thing struck me on the head when it enters 2008, I began to see and realize that year 2007 is a GREAT BLESSING that prepared me well inside out for year 2008. I felt that I am receiving a GREAT BLESSING everyday in 2008. What ever I do, I feel BLESSED. My beloved Sony 2GB with 3.2 Mega Pixel Ericsson K770i mobile phone broken, I feel BLESSED too.

I really learned a lot and do understand that "Law Of Attraction" really worked with or without you believe in it. It is TOTALLY Allah Way and it is UP to HIM to teach you and make you understand how this world or universe work. All of this will help me to know my CREATOR more intimately.

In 2008, I was given by Allah a greater inner strength then year 2007. I am more alert and be able to feel Allah most of the time. I am more calmer than before, even when the debt collector is banging my door. I learned to be afraid ONLY to the one who created me on the first placed that is Allah.

I do understand that, it is my obligation to repay all my debt, for that I am asking Allah to help me and I feel that the "Help Is On the Way Fresh From The Oven". I am also touched that my closed friend Nizam lend me his helping hand on the day that I could not move anyway. Thank you Nizam.

Where Am I And What I am Doing?

Hi, I always been asked - Where am I? and What am I doing? To make it easy I like to share in a pictorial way.

Currently I work as a magazine salesman and promoter for http://www.yourlivestock.com/ . I am actively participating in Expo and Seminar to promote the magazine. I am also distribute the magazine to small shop around town.

Sometimes I took the role of magazine reporter to do some coverage on certain issue or topic.

And sometimes I got prizes from someone that I do not know. Two big prizes to be exact.

Sometimes I am also the Advertising Designer.

I am also the web master and the web designer of the http://www.yourlivestock.com/ .

That is one part of what I am doing right now. Do I have salary for all this ? Absolute NO. Then why I do it ? Because I believed there are more business and life that I can do with this kind of hard job. I met more people. I learned about myself more. I learned about people and their greed. I learned about people who always think profit only. I learned that there are more things in life that I never thought of. I expanded my horizon. I am broaden my view. I am strengthen my spiritual wisdom.

Is it hard? YES. Sometimes I only had RM5 in my pocket but I still need to finish my job. But most of the time I had RM10. I glad with what I have. I thanked my mom and my dad who always help me when I am in needs. Thanks mom. Thanks dad.

What about my wife? Is she okay with this? I think no one wife like to see her husband suffer and going through a though time. I know it is hard. I always tell my wife be patient, we will be out of the dark soon or later.

How about my kids? I pity my kids because they had to suffer because of me. In another view, I want them to learn that don't be like their father. I want them to be better and know what is the TRUTH. I teached them ALLAH is the all Mighty. Asked from Allah all the time.

Am I happy? Yes I am always happy coz I can still eat, walk, breath and enjoy my day by day.

Today I attended a whole day seminar called "Changing World Of Fire Fighting Technology" conducted by the Angus Fire team, from United Kingdom at J.W Marriot Hotel, Putra Jaya. It was a whole new experienced for me to learn about fire fighting technology. Now I know there are more life than just Internet, working, magazine, livestock and so on.

I learned about foam, the type of foam, why used foam, dual agent, monitor, hose, type 3 hose, duraline, Hi-Vol hose, Dry-Powder and many more. You can find more information here at http://www.angusfire.co.uk/ .

Life is a place that we need to explore and appreciate. Life comes with feeling and emotion so that we can understand our self better. I am currently exploring what people call the bottom of the pit. I have nothing at all related to financial such as saving account, money, current account, credit card, job,stable income and so on. Am I happy ?

Yes of course. Happy should it be. If you are experiencing difficulties that is life. You need to go on and move on. No matter what. You are tested because you are capable and you will be rewarded soon. Just be patient and be positive.

When you are placed in a "Hard Time". You will learn to manage yourself better and be ready for a greater victory.

It is been a while that I do not update my blog and write about myself. 2007 goes so quickly and many challenges I had faced and experienced. All of that made me understand more about myself and my duty in this world.

What I feared most happened. What I liked most happened. I begin to understand that in order to know one self the one had to be shown with every experience in one life - the most feared, the worst things, the great things, and all sort of things.

2007 really help me to find the core of myself. I learned to understand the power beyond my own self. That is what I called the "Absolute Power". Below I shared some key point that I learned and help me to face all the obstacles.

Ask and you shall receive.
You can live the life you dream.
Rich is not having more money.
Rich is knowing the secret to get everything you want in life.

A Letter That Help Me Fixed My Problem!

First of all, I thank you God for giving me great strength to go through my live. I know it is very hard for me but I still can move on because YOU are always around. I believe in you GOD and I surrender control of my life to you GOD. I am safe and protected at all times and under all condition. Thank you GOD.

Subject: This is what really fixes your problems

I've been a mess since the middle of August. I've been having my jaw realigned, a problem since childhood, apparently. The physical and mental pain has been difficult, if not downright infuriating. But I just wanted to tell you because it is one of the best things
that has ever happened to me.

This morning Penelope reminded me that I've asked for healing and that's what I'm getting. That the Universe solves the whole problem not just the surface stuff. It cures the cause not the symptom.

We never have money problems for example, we have spiritual problems. Once you solve the spiritual problem, money flows freely. I remember a bumper sticker I saw many years ago. It
read: God Please Let Me Prove To You That Money Won't Ruin Me.

People who win the Lotto often go bankrupt a few years later. Why? Because they didn't clear the spiritual and emotional issues that pushed them to gamble in the first place.

Money doesn't fix money problems. Clearing does.

The Universe works by indirection.

You ask for what you want and then you let the Universe deliver the solution. That's usually by indirection, because you have to change before you can have what you want.

Think about it. If you didn't have to change, then you'd have already have what you want.

It's never about the thing. It's always about you. And that's the really hard part about getting rich.

Accepting that it is your responsibility to ask, receive whatever the Universe delivers and then grow into the person you are meant to be.

Seems like I've been "clinching" most of my life. Clinching my jaw and pushing forward regardless of the consequences. Well, there's a lot more involved there than the physical manifestation of a non-aligned jaw.

The core of my spiritual nature was not aligned properly. So my request for healing is much bigger than I ever understood.

How about you? Are you looking at your healing processes as terrible problems? Do you sometimes see yourself as born to lose? Do you think God hates you at times?

There's a great line from the original Lethal Weapon movie with Mel Gibson. Mel's character is an emotional wreck. A man on the verge of suicide. And when his new partner says God hates him for getting assigned to Mel. Mel says, "hate him back, it works for me."

It's the premise that's wrong here. It sets up a good joke and reveals the nature of the main character, but it's not correct.

God never hates you. Everything that happens in your life is for your own growth and enlightenment. Accept that and the hard times will be less painful and will pass a whole lot quicker.

We love you all more than you'll ever know.

It was a great blessing when I met an old friend few days back. He shared with me a very inspiring story that strengthen me to move forward with more confidence and bravery in life.

First he told me about himself on how he increased his sales from $50,000 a month into $1,000,000 in two weeks. This is awesome, for me at that time, I just want to know - "What is the secret that he is using that I am NOT?" .

Then my friend continued with a story of his friend who managed to get $999,999,999 in just one night. To me WOW! this must be another hype or crazy story or just a made up story. Unfortunately my assumption is WRONG. His friend really get that much of money in just one night.

I think our conversation that night is getting more interesting every seconds. I cannot wait anymore so I just asked my friend for his "SECRET". There are 3 major law of success that you need to make it as your daily habit. Stick to this 3 and you will bound to be rich beyond your wildest dream. As for myself I am very skeptical at first - how come it is so EASY and works 100% - it is the "UNIVERSAL LAW" and always work anyhow whether you believe it or not.

Below is the 3 universal law that you need to make it as your habit and you will get an amazing result almost instantly.

1. Failing to Tithe – Spending God’s money on yourself.
Tithe is to spend 10% of your income to any individual or company that help your spiritual development. Tithe is NOT Charity.Many, many people fail to receive their wealth for this very reason.

Failing to tithe and then spending on yourself can be truly disastrous. You owe God 10% on every dollar you get. Period. It is His. Not yours. He does not like it when you cheat Him. He is doing all the work. You may think it is your genius or sweat that has created your wealth, but it is not. If you doubt who is doing the work, you can stop tithing for a month and watch your prosperity come to a screeching halt.

Remember tithing is not for God’s benefit, it is for your benefit. God does not need your money. Tithing is for you. You tithe for your own benefit. You are paying for your spiritual growth. You are paying for the things you receive. You are keeping your ego in check and recognizing the source of everything you have. You are tithing because God is in charge and He expects you to. You tithe because you love God and it is good for you.

2. Playing God – Saving other people.
God allows no others before him. Spending to save other people puts you between them and God. You are playing God. You become their savior. It is a seriously destructive practice. God will not allow it. He will take your money, your health and eventually your life.Playing God is a very bad idea. It hurts everyone involved. It stagnates your spiritual growth and creates an effect which can cost you everything.

3. Hoarding – Saving for the wrong reasons.
Save for the wrong reason and the money train runs out of gas. The concept here is hoarding. Loving the money more than its source. Remember the root of all evil is love of money. God wants you to trust in Him, to love Him above all things. When you horde, you are placing your faith and trust in the money you have saved.

You have put money above the Good of the Universe. You are saying that no matter what happens you will have the dollars or pesos or yen you need to handle it. Which simply is not true. You cannot possibly save more money than God can take away. You are not as powerful as the Universe.The Universe is more powerful than anything you can devise. Hoarding means you are asking God to prove His power. Bad idea. Very bad.

If you are hoarding money, squirreling it all away for a rainy day, watch out! The first thing that will happen is a downpour. You will get what you are preparing for. Every thought is a command. If you are saving for hard times, the subconscious produces exactly what you are most afraid will happen – hard times. Those rainy days will come and you may very well be washed out to sea.
